We as people become too involved with self-care that we forget the environment that feeds into our identity. Family trauma is an issue we face as a community. If it proceeds to be unresolved we cannot reach our full potential of being the best versions of ourselves.

The new norm for many underage teens entering into the legal status (18+) or close to it tends to tremendously and obnoxiously flaunt that they are grown. However, claiming that you're grown and actually being a mature adult is two separate things. Join me, Lydia Tremble your host with special guest Isaiah Lawrence discussing these two separate formalities.

NOVEMBER 2024
It's the eleventh month of the year. Our focus this month is our UNLOCKED POTENTIAL. The end of the year can sometimes make us unmotivated and overwhelmed with emotions, and then we try to restart the following year. However, even as the year is almost over, we still have the opportunity to learn, grow, reflect, develop, and more. We don't have to wait until next year to be productive and reach goals. We should view the new year as a continuation versus a restart. I know it can be easier to want to stop and do it at another time, but for us to have progress, we must persevere to see growth. As we walk in obedience and plant seeds of faith, we will reap a harvest in all areas of our lives. So, let's stay encouraged and motivated by resting in the presence of our Father and allowing God to be our firm foundation. Remember, our goal is to become the best versions of ourselves mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually with God. I LOVE YOU, SBCs, AND YOU GOT THIS!
