It's the sixth month of the year! Our focus this month is on WELLNESS. What is the current status of our heart posture? We must take the time to check in with ourselves. If we don't check in, we risk navigating on autopilot. Autopilot means we're not aware of our decisions or actions and only care about getting things done. Autopilot isn't a good mindset or heart posture to have because it leads us to burnout, frustration, fatigue, and more. That is why we need to check in. Checking in isn't only about self-reflection but grounding ourselves. God didn't call us to busyness but to purpose, and our purpose is to remain with Him. So, let's continue to let God order our steps, lean on Him, and posture our hearts towards Him rather than expectations and responsibilities. When we root ourselves in Christ, we become filled with His peace, strength, understanding, and more. Remember, our goal is to become the best versions of ourselves mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually with God. I LOVE YOU, SBCs, AND YOU GOT THIS!
